Each panel is created and treated just like a piece of art made for every kitchen individually, and so we don't offer a refund or exchange policy. Due to the nature of bespoke manufacturing, we aim to despatch within 15 workings days. Once the order is placed, the manufacturing process begins, and therefore orders cannot be cancelled after they have been confirmed.
